<p>Beginning Hula Hooping will teach students the basics of hooping&nbsp;around the waist, arms and chest. We will focus on movements&nbsp;that will provide a full-body work out. Target spots include the&nbsp;arms, back, and buns with special emphasis on toning the core.&nbsp;This is a fun and energizing workout that increases coordination,&nbsp;balance, flexibility and calms the mind.&nbsp;</p>]]></content></entry></feed>
