The Advanced Hula Hooping Class is for those who have taken the Beginning Hula Hooping class or are very secure in hula hooping around your waist and already know some off-the-body hooping tricks.  We will be building on what we learned in the beginning class with a special emphasis on chest hooping, knee hooping, and more advanced tricks and combinations.  We will also cover some isolations, reverses, step-through moves and twin hula hooping.   It is a great way to take your hula hooping skills to the next level and keep your mind interested as you work out your body. 

In the Advanced Hula Hooping Class you need to have at least one hula hoop.  Other hula hoops are provided for multiple hooping or specialty tricks but buying an extra hoop is not a requirement.
We will have hoops for sale at every class if you do wish to purchase an extra hoop.  All the hoops are hand-made by Hip Hazel Hoops and custom orders are welcome.

The Advanced Hula Hoop classes include three, one-hour sessions. The class fee is $55. To secure your spot email me using the button to your right and I will give you directions for payment.
